Changelogs SnowBee ERP

SnowBee ERP

New features, improvements, and fixes in SnowBee.

  • Webshops supplied through consignment can now use agreement warehouses for availability and order fulfillment, including operating without a separate webshop warehouse when every stocked product is covered.
  • The updated grids again support expected filtering, keyboard navigation, row copying, links, context menus, styling, and selection behavior across Snowbee.
  • Store-specific assortment lines now show whether replenishment parameters are inherited, entered by a user, or supplied by a planning integration, including who last set an override.

  • Percentage vouchers now apply to campaign items when the campaign does not actually reduce their price.
  • Store inventory counts no longer add zero-stock products outside the store's assortment.
  • Card payments keep their completed outcome when delayed or duplicate Adyen events arrive.
  • Intercompany orders now require a distributor/customer relationship and an allowed order type in Intercompany Terms.

  • Shopify orders that use carrier booking now wait for a tracking number before Snowbee marks them fulfilled.

  • Campaign users can now choose the campaign type when creating or editing a campaign.
  • Service invoice candidates can now be filtered by operator and customer.
  • On phones, Click & Collect is now available directly from an empty Retail Home cart.

  • The phone checkout now fits on one screen, shows payment methods appropriate to the cash register, and lets staff scan gift cards and credit vouchers with the camera.
  • Large purchase order receipts now save substantially faster by processing receipt lines, bin allocations, inventory updates, and purchase-order progress in batches.
  • Sales opened from Retail Home's preview list now go directly to the full sales order page.

  • Warehouse Operations now has an Inventory on hand history report for comparing daily or monthly inventory quantities, SKU unit costs, and warehouse inventory values by company and warehouse.

  • Retail Home now works as a phone-friendly point of sale, with a compact cart, a slide-out product and customer drawer, and camera barcode scanning.
  • Product search while adding sales order lines can now filter by minimum and maximum inventory on hand and available inventory.
  • Retail checkout now reaches zero when eligible bonus coupons cover the full cart amount, instead of sometimes leaving a small amount to pay.
  • The service order list now shows when each order was received at the service center, including previously recorded receipts, and can be sorted by receipt date.
  • You can now change the service center on a shipped service order until it is marked as received at the service center.
  • Manual invoices now have a Reference field that you can edit after creation, including after sending or payment. References are shown in the manual invoice list, all invoices, and customer invoice lists.
  • On Create Sales Invoice and Create Service Order Invoice, you can now select multiple orders, or all matching orders, and invoice and send them together.
  • Invoice documents now show the customer-facing note from the associated order and notes from sales order lines. Shipment and purchase order receipt documents also show their source line notes, with line notes displayed beneath items across the document width.
  • Service work-order line notes are now kept internal and no longer appear on price estimate documents.

  • Sales orders now let you set every editable line’s order quantity at once, either to one fixed quantity or to each line’s available inventory.
  • eCommerce, Retail, and Finance now have an Integration Monitoring menu for eCom orders, loyalty registrations and orders, and BC SaaS syncs. View all statuses or switch to Failed; system alerts open the Failed view directly.
  • Inventory adjustments and completed inventory counts can now be sent to Business Central automatically or manually, with sync history and retry available from the transaction.
  • Consignment agreements can now create daily invoices automatically, including outstanding reconciliations. The Consignment invoicing page brings pending work, creation failures, retries, and invoice history together.

  • Demand Planning Batches now shows each forecast and replenishment upload, its progress and outcome counts, plus details for rejected items.
  • The Sales Forecast report now marks rows that were not refreshed by the latest planning run, making stale forecasts easier to spot.
  • Inventory-counting leaders can reopen a confirmed task for corrections without losing counted quantities, recount flags, or completed bins.
  • When a payment terminal is still busy after a cancellation, POS now tells the cashier to wait and retry; repeated busy failures identify a stuck terminal that should be restarted.
  • Return orders now keep the original invoice line’s VAT rate, including 0%. Returns without an invoice, including return fees, apply VAT only when the company and customer are in the same country.
  • Return orders automatically use the returned quantity as the received quantity for products without stock holding, so these lines no longer block receipt confirmation.
  • Transaction line grids and invoice lists now show net amount, VAT amount and gross amount together, followed by the currency code.
  • Product color and size now appear in the focused row’s footer instead of separate grid columns, leaving more room for other line details.
  • Failed eCom orders now shows a sales order projection with customer details, warehouse, terms and parsed lines. Unresolved customers and products retain their Shopify details to help investigate failed imports.

  • Retail-to-retail sales orders now have a Create shipment action. Create directly using the saved delivery and carrier details, or open the shipment page to adjust them first.
  • In Create eCom shipment, scanning an already shipped order now shows a dialog with links to its shipments, including when the order is closed.

  • Purchase order document history now shows each recipient's delivery status separately, with detailed send attempts and events. You can resend a specific document version to a recipient without losing its earlier delivery history.
  • On mobile, the main menu now opens in a drawer with larger buttons and access to your profile, tenant, and language. Search results fit the screen, and long tab bars can be scrolled sideways.
  • The Home dashboard now stacks cards on phones and keeps date and period controls visible.
  • Product, order, invoice, and other standalone lists now use the full screen width on phones, leaving more room for their columns.

  • Campaign sales orders can now include company-owned products that do not hold inventory, while those products keep their basic price instead of inheriting campaign pricing.
  • Sales-order users can now create retail-to-retail sales orders without needing the administrator role.
  • In Create eCom Shipment, uncaptured orders that should not be fulfilled can now be selected and marked as abandoned, preventing both payment capture and shipment.
  • In POS, a failed loyalty invitation is now shown as a recoverable warning instead of an unknown error. Cashiers can retry from the customer profile, and retail users are alerted until an invitation succeeds.

  • Checkout controls are locked while a payment is being completed, preventing duplicate completion or last-second tender changes from disrupting the sale.
  • Manual e-commerce shipments no longer include picking work that was already shipped when an order becomes ready for a follow-up shipment.
  • Product attribute values survive template changes without blocking product updates, while removed attributes no longer appear in product views or Shopify.
  • A retail store's saved bag products and favorites can now replace the favorite-product setup in every other store in the same company.

  • The Sales Forecast report can now be filtered by warehouse, with the warehouse list narrowed to the selected company and including warehouses used by its retail and e-commerce stores.
  • Closed sales orders with shipped quantities that have not been invoiced remain available in the ready-for-invoicing workflow.
  • E-commerce availability now reflects e-commerce demand instead of demand from every sales channel, while picking protects stock allocated to e-commerce and Shopify inventory stays current when reservations or e-commerce demand change.
  • Finance users now see a system alert when a POS reconciliation has failed to sync with BC.

  • Return orders now keep the correct customer or retail-store currency when the customer, company, or order date changes, and prevent the same retail store from being selected as both customer and organisational unit.

  • Retail-to-retail shipments remain available for purchase order receipt after their selling sales order has been invoiced.
  • ERP users can now be given staff access and a staff PIN directly from user administration. Staff phone numbers are optional.

  • Shipment creation now saves the shipment before booking its carrier. If booking fails, Snowbee opens the saved shipment so users can correct its transport setup and retry without recreating it.
  • Retail-to-retail shipments can now be invoiced without picking lists.
  • The home dashboard now counts ready-for-picking sales order lines from their actual picking progress.

  • Retail sales dashboards and revenue reports now use tenant-local business dates, so day/month/year figures stay aligned with each tenant's timezone.
  • Sales dashboards now load faster for stores with large sales histories.
  • Scanner-heavy workflows are smoother: store teams get a guided Zebra DS22 setup flow, scans into receipt/document fields behave like focused typing, duplicate campaign SKUs are explained clearly, and zero-or-negative availability stands out anywhere users choose stock.
  • Purchase order edits now keep the persisted supplier, warehouse, and order type choices in place, while cash-register return orders are scoped to the active retail store.
  • Sales order editing now prevents deletion of lines included in a picking list, explains why deletion is unavailable, restores lines after failed deletion attempts, and visually distinguishes cancelled lines.

  • Store users can now receive retail-to-retail purchase orders directly from shipped retail-to-retail orders, with a dedicated Retail to Retail tab in purchase order receipt creation.
  • Barcode scans can now fill free-form document fields while the field is focused, including service-order shipment tracking numbers and purchase order receipt shipment or supplier invoice numbers.

  • Retail sales order views handle more follow-up work in one place: web orders can open their invoice from the sales-order receipt tab, and retail-to-retail orders can be adjusted after release until shipment has started.
  • ECom assortment lists now show how many distinct products are in each assortment, alongside the SKU count.
