- Sales lookup in the cash register now reaches across stores and dates, includes web orders, and can find orders by receipt or invoice number. Web orders open in the normal sales-order view with invoice totals and document links when available.
- Transaction dates now follow the tenant's own time zone, so sales, purchases, inventory movements, and reconciliations land on the correct local business day.
SnowBee ERP
New features, improvements, and fixes in SnowBee.
- POS service order lines now behave more like normal cart lines: cashiers edit their price in the same dedicated price modal, and carts with only service-order changes are saved correctly.
- Intercompany supplier invoice review is easier to narrow down with filters for supplier, warehouse, organisational unit, and currency, plus clearer highlighting and a detail view option for rows with deviations.
- POS campaign pricing is smarter when a product qualifies for more than one deal. The cart now chooses the best overall basket result across normal price campaigns and 3-for-2 offers, including cases where splitting units gives the customer the lowest total.
- Click and collect reservations now use the collecting store's current retail prices and campaigns when they are received and opened at the cash register.
- Finance users now get an app status alert when BC SaaS invoice syncs have failed. The alert links straight to the failed sync overview.
- On the failed BC SaaS sync overview, finance users can retry several selected failures together instead of reopening each one.
- POS order receipts are easier to handle after the sale: the order receipt tab now shows digital receipt links and actions for sending or printing receipt copies.
- POS customer SMS is now available through the normal staff PIN flow, so stores can send customer messages without superadmin access.
- Finance users can select specific failed BC SaaS syncs and queue their retries together.
- In POS, cart lines are cleaner and easier to scan. Price and discount changes now open in a separate modal, and cashiers can adjust quantity directly with + and - buttons in the cart.
- In large data grids, Ctrl+A on Windows and Cmd+A on Mac can now select all matching rows, not just the rows currently loaded on screen. This makes bulk actions work more predictably across server-loaded grids.
- Service order lists now show external service center names correctly, including in filters.
- Campaign lists now show delivery date and fixed due date, so B2B campaign timing is visible without opening each campaign.
- Store inventory counts now handle whole-store counting correctly when the store or warehouse is preselected.
- Retail-to-retail sales orders now reserve the required store inventory when released.
- Finance users can start or rerun BC SaaS syncs for invoices and POS reconciliations from the sync detail flow.
- Product lifecycle states now include Expiring, and lifecycle behavior is controlled from the lifecycle state setup.
- Logiq size-variant imports now require one product number across the batch and explain the issue before import.
- Cash registers can now view POS reconciliation reports for other registers in the same store.
- Picking batches can now be manually confirmed even when some member picking lists were already confirmed.
- Shipment creation now reports offline label printers as a label-printing problem instead of a generic failure.
- Retail store assortment now supports scan-to-search, and quick add works more reliably across the affected pages.
- Purchase orders now reflect whether they can be sent to the supplier based on supplier terms.
- B2B campaigns can now override the standard sales terms on the orders they create.
- Shipment creation now shows clearer errors when a shipping provider or label printer has a problem.
- Quick-add search boxes now support barcode scans on sales orders, invoices, inventory adjustments, inventory moves, and campaigns.
- Return orders can now add or increase lines by scanning barcodes.
- Authenticated document print views keep print actions visible, while public document links hide internal actions.
- Inventory counting now autosaves counted quantities, rejects negative counts, and highlights count deviations more clearly.
- Starting an inventory counting task now asks for confirmation, since the items become blocked while the task is active.
- Inventory on Hand can now search by scanning a SKU number.
- POS can now add ready-for-sale service orders for external service centers to the cart, with the price left editable when needed.
- POS chooses between member pricing and 3 for 2 offers based on the current customer, so non-members can still receive the relevant offer.
- POS now handles 3 for 2 offers more accurately when manual prices or membership-only prices are involved, so the cart uses the offer that actually applies to the customer.
- Click & collect carts keep their customer when reopened.
- Finance users can hide known failed syncs from the failure list while keeping the details available for audit and follow-up.
- Staff PIN codes can now be edited from master data.
- Finance sync pages show the newest BC SaaS failures first and make the sync page easier to reach.
- Checkout now waits for the cart to finish syncing before moving to payment, reducing timing issues at payment start.
- When a purchase order is missing required fields, Snowbee now shows which fields must be completed before sending the document instead of failing with a server error.
- During card terminal checkout, Snowbee can now show clearer terminal progress such as card, PIN, signature, receipt, and final result.
- Finance users now get a dedicated BC SaaS sync detail page with attempts, logs, linked entities, and trace links.
- POS now applies 3 for 2 campaign discounts directly in the cart.
- In Retail Home, customer order history now includes web orders, and the order cards are easier to read.
- Checkout follows the cash register's active bank terminal work more closely, making terminal status and abort handling steadier during payment.
- E-commerce integrations can now look up inventory by SKU number as well as Snowbee's internal SKU ID.
- E-commerce campaign feeds can now include 3 for 2 campaigns, including campaigns that cover an entire assortment. This helps web stores see the same offers Snowbee uses in retail.
- Retail mode now shows the language switch in the left bar, so cashiers can switch language without leaving the POS flow.
